Welcome to Reloop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reloop platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Reloop ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Reloop, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Description of Service

Reloop is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate video ad creatives. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI-generated video ads
  • Custom avatar creation
  • Voice cloning capabilities
  • Automated video editing
  • Template-based ad creation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Generate misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Distribute spam, malware, or any malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (images, text, brand assets). By uploading, you grant Reloop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated through the Service ("Output") is licensed to you for commercial and non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and your active subscription. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output complies with applicable laws.

5.3 Our Platform

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Reloop and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected
  • Credits included in your plan do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise stated
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited credits. Free tier usage is subject to these Terms and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free from bias
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Reloop in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reloop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
